I never thought she had jaw surgery but the tip of her nose is shorter and thinner. The nose is one of the very few parts of the body which never stops growing and certainly doesn't get smaller on its own. I think it's beautiful and I agree she is by far more natural than PC et al.

^There are 1000000 diff. ppl. Hence, the difference in opinions/perspectives, I guess. Somebody see's the nose, some see the jawline, some see tires chopped off...while some see nothing :D

nearly all actresses have had some sort of surgery or botox... its very common in BW

No way.
People (or better said, haters) forget that people change and their faces change. She's obviously looking different than some years ago but that doesn't mean that her jawline, her nose or her cheekbones look different now. The only thing that keeps changing about her is her weight. Everything else, she got it from her momma.

Yes but that's a stereotype though, that since most have had, all must as well.
My gist is, if people can't clearly decide which feature she's altered then there isn't any drastic alteration.
Now unless everyone saw a photo and went Woahh, what happened to her nose/lips, we're good
