Since Padma Shri is given for excellence in the said field, its likely Ajay, Sunny and Juhi would be on the top among the one's listed. They do have National Awards, Padma Shri would ideally be next.
But there are many other deserving candidates like Pankaj Kapur, Vishal Bharadwaj, Shimit Amin who I would pick before any of these guys.
