Is Saif's performance in Hum Tum not credible because the genre was something most people don't consider award-worthy? I mean he played Karan to perfection. I don't see SRK being able to do that, similarly can't see Saif doing Swades.
I could care less if he got a national award. His performances besides Omkara have mostly been snubbed unlike SRK.. SRK's popularity is on another level.
And I doubt national award makes a difference to SRK..
