I was being sarcastic about how people get so frequently offended at everything, esp when it comes to religion. More so in the subcontinent. Kuch hua ki nahin aur chaley morcha leke. If you start censoring yourself out of fear of offending someone, then that's no longer freedom of expression. That's someone else dictating your 'opinions'.

Kamalhaasan isn't a "Muslim" name. It's actually one name, which has been separated by the English and perhaps the Bombay and North Indian Media. As far as I know, it's always been considered as a Hindu name in the South. (He's not the only Kamalhaasan. There are others.)
