Really hope people will love this movie and akshay in it. I hope it gets many awards and it does well at the BO because then akshay will only do good movies and that's what he should do since he is a very good actor.

GOING 4 the screening of #Special26 with my frnd, whoZ the official of viacom 18. Will post my review at 11 A.M (I.S.T).

Just saw #Special26 brilliantly Brilliant! evythng thing ws amazing,script,starcast specialy akshay. Its a movie dat evry1 will relish.

I will give 4.5stars (out of 5) to #Special26 bcoz the film is nt just a film,but its a CINEMATIC HISTORY!!! @akshaykumar

Bollywood icon Akshay Kumar plays the bad guy in this fast-paced heist thriller.

Set in the early 1980s, Neeraj Pandey's film is based on a notorious real-life robbery. Akshay turns his familiar screen persona on its head with a rare villainous role. He plays criminal mastermind Mon Singh, who leads a 26-man crew on a jewel heist in Mumbai's wealthy suburbs. The superstar was specifically chosen by the director for the central role, and starring alongside him is the radiant Kajal Aggarwal as the love interest. It's a role specially written for her, as the only woman in the film. The memorable supporting cast includes Jimmy Shergill, Manoj Bajpai and Anupam Kher. Shot on location in Delhi, Special 26 makes expert use of settings and period details to craft its vibrant take on this infamous criminal escapade.

completely agree with you here, i really hope the movie does wonders for him yet again :) He just needs to do some good movies n waiting eagerly for an Akki-Kat movie, hope to see them together onscreen soon.

Me too really hope that this movie works very well for akki. He is a fantastic actor he just needs a good director and script then he can deliver. If this works then he will for sure do more good movies. And I am also waiting for a akkikat movie but only want them to sign something together when the script is good :)

^ ikr, he is an awesome actor, one of my favs n so like you even I want him to do good movies. A big no for k786,joker,TMK,etc. and yes I loved akki-kat in HKDKG n NL <333

He is one of my favorites too I just got a little disappointed in him when he did khiladi 786, joker and rowdy rathore but I am so happy now after he signed this movie :D

OMG me too I adore and love akkikat in HKDKG and NL those two movies are my favorite akki-kat movies. I want them in more such movies :)

Yaaay this makes me so happy.. critics praising Akshay 😳 I always keep on saying this but I want to say it again, he is a very versatile actor so it's not like he can do comedy or action only.

I am so happy for AKKI!! CHOOSEEE good projects Akki and remember "GOOD" is the keyword. You are much better than shitty Khiladi 786 and the likes. I love you for giving us OMG-OH My God and now Special 26👏👏👏 GO AKKI🥳
