Listen this is the damn problem. Stop making assumptions.
THERE IS NOTHING THAT INDIAN MUSLIMS SHOULD FEEL OFFENDED ABOUT IN THE MOVIE.
People are crying for nothing.
Just due to stupid assumptions, it's somebody's life at stake.

And terrorism and killing cannot be justified, leave alone counting as a hero.

If people are getting offended for nothing, it's not Kamal Hassan but people's thinking at needs to be blamed.

India is a democracy for heavens sake.

I watched Vishvaroopum. There's is nothing in it to indicate that terrorists and muslims are one and the same, not to mention Haasan himself plays a muslim working in the indian embassy. It's a sophisticated film that shows some of the grey areas that come with working undercover with terrorists - and also the role youngsters and entire families are forced to play in al-quaeda.

It is an action-thriller flick meant to showcase a global problem that pulls into its clutches several nations. Banning the film is far more detrimental to the muslim religion than showing it. Not to mention how such an act betrays the Tamil Nadu muslim community (who pushed for its banning) of their own religious insecurity.

Terrible stuff. I am fully behind Haasan.
