I'm sure there are many brilliant yet under-rated actors in Bollywood. Who are the under-rated actors in Bollywood according to you?

Nasserudin Shah...I feel he hasn't got his due completely

Ratna Pathak Shah...she hasn't got many films either...I mean watch her in Sarabhai...too good 😃

Annu Kapoor...brilliant actor...yet has limited roles

Sushmita Sen...isn't that bad as an actor...liked her from her first movie

Ayesha Takia...I love this girl for her simplicity esp in movies like Socha naa tha and Dor

Mahesh Manjrekar...no one can play Bali in Kaante the way he did...plus a great director too eg. Vaastav & Viruddh

Farooque Sheikh...he can still act so good...never got his due either

among female actors, i think sonali was good as an actress and so pretty looking but she dint stay for long in BW!

Abby I agree with your list. Naseerudin Shah is such a brilliant actor and he's so under-rated so is Annu kapoor and everyone else you listed.

Oh Yes Emraan Hashmi but I'm so glad he's getting his due finally! Was Sonali under-rated as well? She's an amazing actress though.

Also, I think Irrfan Khan is under-rated in Bollywood. I'm glad he got an award for PST. I love him as an actor.

Irrfan Khan comes to mind. This guy has given so many incredible and memorable performance but its only this year he's finally getting recognized.

Emraan Hashmi is another. It might be his serial kisser tag that prevents him to be on but he's a great actor who never really got recognized before.

@Kiran...yea I didn't put Emraan or Irrfan cz I feel they are in a much better position now and have more films in hand plus good directors to work with

So they have finally started to get their due... Which is commendable 😃

As actor many people on KWK have said Salman is good and underrated actor and world might never know it . Rishi kapoor even said Yeh Hai Jalwa was his best work . But rishi is an alcoholic

As for stardom It's EMRAAN HASHMI he has given hit and good performances . And cause his last name isn't KHAN or KAPOOR rarely gets spoken about

Yes Emraan and Irrfan were under-rated but finally getting their due. I got so happy when Irrfan got an award. This guy deserves it. What a brilliant actor! Just hoping in the future such talent gets recognized more!

Manoj Bajpai, Rajpal Yadav, Vinay Pathak, Lara Dutta and Urmila Matondkar.

i wud have considered Emraan Hasmi and Irfan khan also in the list but now since they are getting recognized i won't.

The other day I watched Manoj Bajpayee and Urmila's movie, I forgot the name but they both were amazing. Manoj Bajpayee is amazing. He never gets his due and yes definitely Rajpal Yadav. Vinay Pathak bobby guy from RNBDJ right? yeah he's pretty good as well.
