Hrithik hype is not what it was in 2003-2009 especially 2006. That was the time the top 3 Actor/star were Aamir/Srk/Hrithik

Kites really hurt him. I never saw Guzarish so I will not comment but did a movie about a handicapped guy need that big landscape they made. Waste of money. If you ask me.

ZNMD AP were both hits and he is back and Krrish is awaited

Hrithiks uncle composing the music is a real doing the music is real down side. Could have got any one. VIshal Shakar Pritam Rehman SEL or Sajid Wajid.

Vivek Oberoi is a looser enough said.

How far is truly the question. Some fanatics claim it will start 300 crore club! So let's see!

Salman's films rested solely on his shoulders so his achievement is bigger even if a proven franchise with ensemble cast like Dhoom 3 shatters records.

I appreciate that you said you'd like to see only a good film break records of 3I. I feel the same. Ideally I'd only like Raju Hirani's PK or any other good content film breaking 3I's records. As a fan of that film, I've always felt it would be sad if films with flying bikes or superheroes broke records of a film like 3I.

On Vivek, it's not like I hate him. But Vivek and Kangana seem too "small" for a film as huge as Krissh 3. They don't add to its face value IMHO. I'd have preferred to see more known/established faces in a film of Krissh's magnitude.

Dhoom 3 is a guaranteed megahit for anybody who does it (Aamir included). World knows how much Aamir manages on his own or what his record was before Ghajini. D3 would've been equally anticipated if there was any other actor in it (any other Khan or even Hrithik again). The Dhoom franchise has a craze of its own.

Dunno why but i cant picturise aamir as a sexy thief as john/hrithik or an outstanding dancer as hrithik 😆 believe it or not looks,style,songs,dance are one of the biggest USPs of the dhoom franchise esp dhoom 2 ! Hrithik's steps were a rage in 2006 ,kat will easily replace aish but can aamir fill in hrithik's shoes in terms of looks,style,dance ! It would be good if he rather has a proper character sketch like john's in dhoom 1 not like hrithik's which was mainly backed by looks and style !

They should have asked and convinced SRK to be the villain. Imagine the hype: Aamir as villain vs SRK as villain.

Hrithik Roshan certainly had more hype back then. Though he had this unsuccessful Lakshya before Krissh and Dhoom 2. Still he was in top league because Salman, Akshay, Aamir were not the force they are considered now. Aamir was reeling under the rejection of The Rising till RDB & Fanaa resurrected him.

Hrithik has success now with ZNMD and AP but others' resurgence took away hype from him.

It's not as easy for them as it was back then. The summer vacation release period seemed better because kids responded to the film in a big way. That factor is also missing now.

Hrithik as villain, Hrithik as hero, Hrithik as hero's father. Why stop there? Why not Hrithik as the heroine too? He's become quite feminine over the years too. 🤡
