I know item songs have always been around in bollywood, but i dont like this new trend where mostly every movie needs to have some item number by an actress. It gets repetitive after a while.

Also:

40 year old men paired with 20 yr old women.

The racist nature in some of the movies.

Nepotism, such that talentless posers get more screen time and roles than those who have no filmy connections.

Multistarrers made by big banners, hyped to death, shot abroad but having no story - just a bit of romance or stunts (eg. Dhoom series, Sajid Khan, K Jo-YRF sagas)

Sad part is audience laps up such shit, it makes records and it's made even more often. Where the hell is your story?! Just stars & marketing blitzkrieg!
