Baaghi is a well made film.

I was talking about his craze in 1991 when almost all of his films were successful in a row (barring an average kurbaan or pkp ...till saajan)
Salman was also an overnight star after the success of MPK...
it was MPK's success that gave him so many film releases the very next year

and almost all did good business , not to mention his early days' looks and persona was a RAGE

agree on that 😆 i remember every guy was following his long hairstyle !

tanya, barring saajan, all the movies you listed are simply garbage movies of salman. but i loved him in MPK, karan arjun, and HAHK.

I am not sure about garbage but at bo baaghi was a hit (good movie), Pkp was above average (very well made film..especially the way they shot the songs), sanam bewafa was a super hit, saajan was a super hit.

I agree rest of them were from 1992 ...the darkest year of his career.
but I made this poll exclusively on the very starting years of his career from 90 to 92...
deliberately avoided post 92 coz wanna made a poll about his early days' films...
and I knew everyone will gonna vote for HAHK 😆
also there r many threads on his mid career films... but ppl hardly makes any thread/poll on his initial work, which imo is most memorable

That's an exaggeration. Salman and Aamir were both very popular back in the early 90s (and SRK would surpass them later in the decade) but none of them were close to what Rajesh Khanna saw in his prime. Perhaps you can compare it to Salman's craze now but even that would be far off. Big B and Rajnikant - who are even seen as gods - are better comparisons (Big B mostly in his prime of course).

@ topic: I liked Saajan from the 90s..but personally think Salman was at his best in Tere Naam..that's the only film of his which I liked..apart from that...I never found Salman all that impressive in any of his films.

but post qsqt aamir had many duds in his career graph...

I was exclusively talking about Salman's that initial phase when almost 5 to 6 films of him were a success that too in a row... year 1991...

in his first 5 yrs aamir had only 2 clean hits dil and QSQT 🥱 salman was WAY ahead of him in BO ! Infact i think he was the 1st khan to reach superstar status with HAHK,followed by SRK with DDLJ and aamir with raja hindustani !

I have watched only a few from the list so my vote goes to saajan...seems like I need to pull my socks and watch all the old Salman movies!!

I won't recommend all of them..
don't watch jaagruti or nischaiy (unless out of sheer curiosity) rest all are fine films..
especially baaghi, patthar ke phool, ek ladka ek ladki and love
even a suryavanshi was an enjoyable entertaining flick.
(assuming u've already watched saajan & sanam bewafa like the majority)
