Also they have the seaon system there plus the show only airs one day a week...there tv stars work 2-3 months on a season and then can work on other stuff

here...poor tv stars are stuck to that ONE show...and have to shoot regularly since the show's is aired all 5 days

do u think if like the west here too we have seasons rather than daily soaps will the scenario change

@Manoj...see I dont know if the season system will get these stars a better pay...but it will surely open more oppurtunities for them as they can do 2 shows or even movies at the same time

As I have seen here that they are binded by the contract and stuff stopping them to work anywhere else...which restricts them from getting other work

season system might ease off pressure on the channel as well...and they might let the tv stars shoot other shows

For a better pay...I guess they will have to go on a hunger strike like Anna Hazare 😆
