OMG THAT IS LONG!🤣 Haha same hereee! We have spoken mostly whenever when an article was published by BollyCurry and I could so relate to youu!((: OMG YEEEAH! I used to go so crazy with those articles!🤣 LMAO dude those articles are nothing! This is the real Jung ka maidhaan!🤣 This section annoys me at times but I love it!<3🤣 Its the best place for entertainment! OMG TOTALLY! Become active here PLEASE! It'll be a blast! I'd prefer this section rather than any daily soap one these days!🤣 There are some really awesome people here as well! Man you should totally become active hereee!<33 Im not so crazy about any other actor man! My craze about this guy is damn weird!:|🤣 Not everybody here hates him re! There are awesome fans of him as well! You should meet all of em! They're a bunch of amazing people!:DD Nobody I know outside this section hates him. There were 2-3 friends who disliked him, but Ofcourse maine uhne convert kar liyaa!🤣 Theyre hardcore Shahrukh fans now!🤣 I loved JTHJ as well!<33 It was such a beautiful moviee! Its the amalgamation of bad story, unnecessary Length of the movie, some illogical situations(esp with Anushka), Bad acting:Some over acting by SRK and Anushka and underacting by Katrina.

I really am surprised at how out of touch with the requirements of his place in the film world SRK seems to be.

I honestly thought this man was an astute judge of his own mythology and understood what the public wanted. He came across as an intelligent and clued in guy who, through his travels had a finger not just on the Indian pulse but knew what to do to sell his image overseas as well.

I thought he was a student of cinema, and that, as with ballet, once you work in that art form you watch films for more than what the average person in the audience watches them for but you deconstruct them so that you can use the cinematic tools that will work best for you.

With the pointless Ra.One---which seemed more about SRK wanting to present himself as a sexless and endearingly innocent puppy in between bouts of car tossing compliments of his VFX crew, and now with his inability or unwillingness to stand up to the powers at Yash Raj and tell them that he didn't think Katrina's energy and his would mesh well on film I've begun to doubt the guy has much sense at all!

Rather than parlay his first on-screen kiss into a major moment, he wasted it on a girl who is mainly in films to make white-struck men think they can have a chance with a girl who doesn't look like them and therefore represents "class" and "success"

Since the majority of women (SRK's bread and butter base) like to enjoy the fantasy that THEY could be in the heroine's place does it really...REALLY...sound like a good idea to cast as their surrogate...someone whose whole raison d'etre in films is to represent the exotic/untouchable white princess who is as unlike the brown girls at home as she can get away with being without causing outright revolt?

SRK is supposed to be playing to us brown girls at home----not shooting us in the foot by implying that any plank of wood, so long as it's a pale plank is better than the most animated and fun among us!

Yes, men like Katrina and women may want to be her, but only because they want the response she gets from the rest of the world. They don't want to see their favorite guy falling into the same insulting trap all the other guys fall into. They want him to be the special one who sees the good in THEM, not just in the words "white" and "young"

Now if Katrina had been after SRK and he'd been secretly in love with---say Rani---it would have fed into the dreams of SRK's base, who are probably a damned site more like Rani than like Kat.

The film would have served the purpose of romantic films and provided the affirmation and wish fulfillment that is romance's stock in trade.

This provided nothing but a reminder to the romance loving Indian women in the audience that the men they love the most will not, given half a chance, want someone like them. And that is not what sets the cash registers ringing.
