Milford sounds was planned for I hate luv Storys but they shot it close to Milford sounds.!!!

They shot the song Sadka Kiya in Queenstown (ONE OF THE BEST TOURIST TOWNS IN THE WORLD) and few scenes at Westland National park and lake Matheson

Kaho Na Pyar Hai song Na Tum Jano na hum and Main Prem Ki Deewani hoon's Chali Aayi, O Ajnabi, Ladka Yeh Kehta Hai and most scenes in that film is shot here.

Besides that lord Of the Rings series and coming up film Hobbit is shot there. Hobbit was shot 60km away from my place

you live in a pwetty country!! i thought mpkdh had the most amazing locations...those slanted trees and all...they were pruned to perfection!!

the only remote connection I have to NZ is a long forgotten crush on daniel vettori!

I am a guy and I can tell you NZ has better looking male for ladies.

My mate's crush!!! The Rugby players here!!! Some rank in top sexiest man list or something.

Dilip Kumar and Dev Anand:
In an interview to a national daily after Dev's death, Dilip revealed that both men would travel together in the Mumbai local trains while they struggled to enter the film industry. Their friendship remained strong even after both of them achieved stardom. Gossipmongers claim that over time the friendship soured because of a legal dispute between Dilip and his younger brother Nasir. Dev was close friends with Nasir too and this, we hear, did not go down well with Dilip. They were strictly cordial whenever they met, but Dev wished things could be as they were earlier. His last wish was to greet Dilip on his 89th birthday, but sadly, Dev passed away in London one week before the big day.

Amitabh Bachchan and Shatrughan Sinha:
Like all enmities, theirs too began as friendship. However, relations soon soured for reasons neither acknowledged publicly. The buzz is that there were several cold shoulders being shown during the shoot of Kaala Patthar. The only thing they both seemed to agree on was to not let their frenemity affect the film's shoot. But you would never see them anywhere near each other at any function that they both happened to attend. Three decades later, both actors have grown much more mature. They became more cordial towards each other, more so once Shatrughan signed up to host the Bihari version of Amitabh's Kaun Banega Crorepati.

Amitabh Bachchan and Rajesh Khanna:
The two never got a chance to be friends. Rajesh Khanna was at the peak of his stardom when he starred with Amitabh in Anand. The film kickstarted Amitabh's career and changed the way audiences perceived him. A few years later, they bonded again during Namak Haram. But as Amitabh's star rose, Rajesh's star began to fall. While Amitabh wrote in his blog that he was in awe of Rajesh when they starred in Anand, the late superstar's friends recently revealed how he had told Hrishikesh Mukherjee during Namak Haram that Amitabh would be the next superstar. Film roles and fan frenzy made it impossible for them to be anything but rivals, so much so that they would not even be in the same room as each other.

Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan:
SRK has admitted several times that Salman gave him a place to stay when he had newly arrived in Mumbai. That's how the two became good friends. Sadly though, they've had a rocky relationship. Four years after they broke off ties after a public spat, the hostilities continue. But in public, they stick to making just a few digs. They prefer to praise each other instead – Salman recently wished Shahrukh good luck for his next film. Rumours abound about each star's camp trying to sabotage the other's film, but neither admits to hostility.

Aishwarya Rai and Rani Mukerji:
It seemed the two ladies had managed to do the impossible – stay friends while competing for the same roles. However, it didn't last long. When Shahrukh unceremoniously replaced Ash with Rani inChalte Chalte, the bond broke. The two could never repair it and Rani was not even invited for Ash's wedding with Abhishek; that could have been because Rani and Bachchan Jr were rumoured to be romantically involved, but that is another story we will save for another day.

Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan:
It was an unexpected friendship – two good-looking actors starting their careers at the same time and developing the same image of a romantic hero. How could they stay friends when they would be vying for the same roles? For a couple of years, it seemed as if they would defy the cynics successfully. Sadly, it didn't last and strangely, it wasn't a role that came between them either. Buzz is that Ranbir was hurt by certain negative comments that Imran's wife Avantika made about his performance in Raajneeti. True or not, their close friendship definitely ended, but they are yet to make any negative comments about each other in public. They are careful not to meet, but when they do, they are cordial with each other.

they are also famous with in locals. My mates has met all 4 of above.

haha...ya...need to get my career sorted out and then shall make foreign land trips!

deepika and shahana goswami are supposed to be besties too

jugal hansraj and uday chopra are thick from what I remember!!
