😲😆 VIDYA is a great actress as we all know. But, howcome she has to set the BAR so high and other actresses (Kat? 😃) don't seem to work as hard?! Vidya hasn't even had a release in 8 months but her next one with Emraan will release next year. Vidya will surely win the awards again. I am not saying Deepika, Anuskha, etc. don't work hard. But, Vidya's setting the bar in a way has indicated other actresses cannot have powerful performances such as Paa, TDP, Kahaani, etc.! Please share your thoughts. Howcome VIDYA BALAN has to set the BAR so high?! 😳

simple answer Vidya gives precedence to script than her roles .for women centric movies Script is the lifeline which can make or break the movie

i don't agree with the work hard part!

i don't think vidya is the most hard working actress but i will definitely agree that she is the most effortless/natural/sincere actress i have seen in the past decade!

she brings life to her roles and may be she doesn't work that hard on them or may be she does- the end result is always brilliant and thats what matters! Other actresses can work harder yet when we see them on screen, they appear so mechanical! (most of them)

I guess after Madhuri, Juhi, Sridevi people were really craving for that kind of acting from the actresses but none reached up to them other than Vidaya...Just loved her in Parineeta, she's one amazing actress from this generation who has both talent and good looks...Oh BTW I like Konkana also but she can't do all roles like Vidya👏👏
