Highlights: Cop-turned-activist YP Singh's 'expose' in Salman Khan hit-and-run-case

Mumbai: Former cop turned activist YP Singh is holding a press meet in Mumbai to show what he says is an 'expose' on how the Mumbai police helped actor Salman Khan's hit and run case drag on for 10 years. According to Mr Singh, other accident cases in Mumbai like the Nooriya Haveliwala case and the Alistair Pereira case were completed within two years.

Highlights of his press conference:

We always blame the courts for delay but actually its the litigants who are responsible for the delays .
Litigants and defendants are in collusion in Salman Khan's case.
Mumbai Police helping Salman Khan evade the law
Mumbai police is helping Salman Khan. Summons weren't summoned properly.
Salman khan was absent 82 times when summoned by the court.
Is there pressure from Salman Khan? Was there pressure from the state?

If a person is absent from court for more than 3 times, a Non-Bailable Warrant is issued Against the person, even if he is at some high level position, happened with many biggies.

By stating this, Activist showed how much TRUE his allegations are... 😆

Suddenly at this time Activist jaag gaya... What was he doing from past 10 years?

He lost his credibility when he said Sallu didn't show up 82 times. That statement seems highly exaggerated and unbelieveable...

82 times sounds illogical. It's a contempt of court ( indictable i assume)

Whatever it is, It's high time criminals like him are put behind bars. It would serve as an example to society.

$$$ should not substitute LAW. Make Criminal Khan pay for his sins. Let him live behind the bars eternally.

^ He didn't say 82 consecutive summons. May be he used to skip 2 & then used to attend the 3rd one. 🤔

Very much needed. All the criminals should go behind bars and he is no exception. Im sure he might have pressurized the court officials alot to get himself out of this case.
