Why does Kareena do the worst films w/ the best? - Page 7

i would really like to know what was she thinking while signing golmaal returns? a role which has equal screen time as celina's, seriously? golmaal 3 was a good step, she had more role than ajay devgan there and she nailed it but golmaal returns ? did she get excited there would be a meow track in the credits based on her and a 6 crores tha kar ke? i wont be surprised if this was the sole reason of her signing that film!

i liked Kareena in bodyguard. the only issue with her is her statements. She goes over the top and whichever actor she is working with at that time she she goes on and on about, like with the Khans and thAt her role is the greatest lol. by boasting she in return hurts her credibility. yet I am happy she was in bodyguard and enjoyed her character.

I do not think Tashan is a bad film. But I guess people judged the film thinking it was supposed to be something else, rather than looking at it as what the film was supposed to be.

And I guess that started her current state of being in all the wrong films with a few in there that weren't so bad but still didn't get much success.

but overall loved reading all the replies on the post...gr8 topic desu...so good to see it from a Bebo fan and damn even I never noticed the trend...as everyone said I will say the same thing that bad bad script choices and also her speaking extra in interviews...whenever she signs a film, her PR creates so much buzz that by the time a film releases ppl expects just THE BEST from her and if she fails in delivering that its BAM!

also she needs to stop following the trends and stop beating around the bush...IMO she is a good actress but I will be very honest after JWM she has not done a single movie that impressed me yet again...yeah she did a decent job in Kurbaan and EMAET but she can do better...she dont have to be all glamorous...she CAN act and she should go through her own career choices and decide what worked best for her !

Ok, Tashan I'll overlook coz, she MET him there. They wouldnt be together today had it not been for that film.

Kurbaan was a great film I feel. Yes it had loopholes, but I loved it otherwise. It had great production values, a gripping script and top notch acting. And Rensil extracted a brilliant performance from her, on par with, if not better than, Heroine.

But Agent Vinod? W*F was the need for her to do that film? There was NO ROMANTIC ANGLE...zilch...period. They could have taken any other actress for it. Hell, a GUY could have done that role, coz it didnt need to be a woman. Not like Vinod and Iram were in love.

Its only coz she couldnt do his first home production, and she really wanted to. He felt obligated to take her in his second, no second thoughts.

Wish she had done Love Aaj Kal instead 😕

A panauti would be someone who fails and brings bad luck to others, but clearly, boxoffice success works for her, so my point still stands. The fact that boxoffice works, disproves the panauti accusation.
