kareena is a victim of foot in the mouth disease and inappropriate timing! what she thinks will shock the audience and work is already tried, liked and beaten to death before! she seems to be a follower than a trend setter!
I think she needs to broaden her horizon while listening to scripts, needs to be choosier and focus more on scripts and most importantly keep it zipped, her mouth is her biggest weakness!
When she will learn what her cup of tea is she will get what she wants!
vidya realized her cup of tea is not looking glamorous so she didn't make mistakes like hey baby or KK if she did people would have continued mocking her and look now, they praise her acting so much!
katrina realized acting is not her cup of tea, she never even craved for meatier roles, does what she thinks she can do well and connects with the audiences hence no one actually criticizes her acting, people go watch ETT say kat was awesome, they don't consider and even observe acting (normal movie goers) as they don't expect it from her!
ADVANTAGE-
when you go for a vidya movie you go keeping in mind -PERFORMANCE
when you go for a kat movie you go keeping in mind ENTERTAINMENT
and these two never disappoint in these
but what about bebo? she does not even know what her genre is as she thinks she can do it all , from heroine to item songs to serious roles to glamor etc etc, may be she can but she needs analyze what makes her connect with the audience and stick to that! i am sure if she digs a little deeper and analyze her own 12 years career, she can sense what works for her and not and learn to say no!
