In a few countries in the West, there are stringent laws where you cannot capture/publish pictures of the baby without their parents' explicit permission. Not sure if there are any such laws in India (I don't think there are because this is probably the first time a baby is being hounded so much by the papz in this country). Even if there are laws, not at all surprised by the Indian media's unethical treatment in this case.
First you cause discomfort to the baby by the harsh flash bulbs, then you go ahead publishing the photographs on the front page of your papers/showing them on prime time television to increase the sales/TRPs without permission. Truly pathetic.
