The difference is that 'no' means u don't hav time nd 'no way not a fan of PC nd RK' says the meaning alreadi.
Yes means ur not excited nd definitley means u r excited.

despite not being excited to things, do you say "yes" to do them? Acc. To me, yeah and definitely seems to be similar to a great extent whether you differ them by your views or anything.
