The topic asks us to pick underrated actors. I was refuting the point that Hrithik is underrated...which he is not. He is neither underrated box office wise nor critically. He does a little out of the ordinary and gets praised like the second coming of Marlon Brando. That to me is not how underrated is defined. Case in point...the praise galore he received for Jodha Akbar and Guzarish.

If I had a personal grudge against him, I wouldn't praise him for Fiza either. I always give him credit for that. 😎 Its not my fault his acting seems like unintentional comedy to me.😆

I never said or implied Devgan never got his dues. Blue Ice compared Hrithik to Devgan, which is the only point I refuted. Both Devgan and Hrithik are rated just fine. Neither are underrated.

Underrated actors would be KK Menon, Irrfan, Akshay Khanna etc...the ones that act but never get recognized. Well...thankfully Irrfan has started to get his dues recently, his Paan Singh Tomar was praised unanimously.

Ajay Devgan has done so much more...Company, Zakhm, all the comedies, Bhagat Singh...

Besides, Hrithik always gets his due (more than necessary if you ask me)...when he entered he was touted as the successor to the Khan dynasty and now as well...he does one or two out of the box films and gets praised immensely (Jodha Akbar, Guzarish etc).

Dexterkilaila (I'm so happy said your full name 😆) I wholeheartedly agree with you.. You said my Dil ki baat.. thank You very much.. Hrithik is very overrated.. and high time he already leaves the industry he can't even talk properly in his interviews he fumbles so much.. A big NO NO to Mr Roshan..Get out already.. I don't think I dislike SRK as much as I dislike Hrithik..

akshay khana, brilliant actor - they wasted!

rahul khana - ditto!

Naseeruddin shah- how many nominations did we see for him in TDP, im sure he deserved some (f**kING BIASED!)

Nandita Das- getting replaced by a non performer/ non-actor like aish who didn't want her in the movie says alot

konkona- what a beautiful performer, brightens the screen every time she is there. Had a role equal to kareena's in omkara and performed equally well yet where were her awards for the movie? she was the hero of Wake up sid, there is said it! i didnt watch it for ranbir, it was konkona who made that movie likable for me

Chitrangda singh - what a looker, and what a performer yet the industry has something like "i wana fakht you" in the biggest flop of the year for her only
