Lara to make sequel to Chalo Dilli

If you are one of those who liked the most unlikely pairing of Lara Dutta and Viany Pathak in Chalo Dilli, then, get ready for more as the gorgeous Lara is ready with the sequel.

Speaking about the film's sequel, the ever-so-beautiful Lara said that it was very encouraging that her first production was appreciated. In the same breath, she added that she very well knew if at all there has to be a sequel, it had to be better than the original. She also added that the script is ready and they are ready to shoot with Eros on board as producers.

Readers may recall that Chalo Dilli was Lara Dutta's first home production under the banner of Bheegi Basanti Entertainment with Mahesh Bhupathi's Big Daddy Productions and Eros International. The film starred Lara Dutta and Vinay Pathak.

It made a profit???

Underrated kahan hai...she is an A-lister...she was in Don 2 with Shahrukh...but what a gorgeous and level headed woman...i love her and Sushmita Sen...these are real achievers and they are not air heads like Sonam and her kind..

i dont quite get the concept of being an A-lister. The way you said, this means ishaa koppikar was an A lister too at one time as she had lara's role (same importance) in Don 1 with srk.

Some one should really clear this to me. 😳

And i agree with you. Lara and sushmita are true successful women of bollywood, their intelligence and security with themselves is an inspiration to many 👏

U know...when Amitabh Bachchan was at his peak...the actresses like Kimi Katkar were ready to do a 20 mins role opposite him...just to be elevated to the postion of an A-lister...Amitabh's movies usually did not have that much opportunity for the female lead...but even then women used to do it...same goes for the Khans...u work with them...u r an A-lister...although Lara was an A-lister just by the virtue of being Ms Universe...too bad Esha did not cash in on that opportunity after she got cast opposite SRK...

oh i am excited to watch her in movies but not this one of which she is doing sequal just because i could not watch its original since it seemed quite bland to me so i am not going to watch its Sequal either..

i wish she grabs some offers to work with Akshay in future , they looked pretty nice together in BagamBhag.. for their cute pairing they are still unforgettable to me..
