The earliest one that I can recall is the Bollywood remake of Rebecca, Kohraa (1964).

The lady is completely nude from her backside.

i second you. i too loved only first one since that was refreshing downright but whatever spooky movies came after Raaz 1 are not at all interesting , simply bland ... i wish there was Dino in sequal of this movie ...
