See, statements like the ones above (in bold) are what usually I find annoying about her. She should leave things for the audience to decide, AFTER the movie releases. I don't like how both Kareena and Madhur are overhyping this movie by repeatedly stating that it's their best work, best performance, or that it's the most realistic performance, Madhur is the best realistic director, and stuff like that. 🥱

Madhur definitely adapted Heroine's storyline and idea from TDP. TDP was also a personal life of an actress and so is this one🥱 And once Kareena saw TDP getting so much recognition she came running back to Madhur to sign this movie🥱

And yea I think its the audience who decides if this is Madhur's best film or not Bebo so...

😆That was so obvious in the trailers...remember the speech at the media conference...pregnancy rumours,engagement rumors,etc.It would be bad if Kareena doesn't perform in this film properly.The film looks like tailor made for her.

I highly doubt Heroine is Madhur's best film. Nothing can beat Chandni Bar and Tabu and Atul's acting in it.

I have only watched Chandni Bar once, 11 years ago but that scene where pregnant Mumtaz walks the steps with such grit and helplessness is one of the best scenes in Hindi movies. I still remember it. To be honest, when I think back, Chandni Bar seems like it was made by either Mira Nair or Deepa Mehta. Does not strike me as a Bhandarkar film at all...I guess that's how much he has worsened over the years.
