A crime is a crime and no one else should pay for these criminals' fines...it simple...salman khan is setting a very wrong example here...but I do not expect anything less from a moron and an idiot...who is all brawn and no brains...its a very dangerous situation when a FOOLISH person becomes powerful and rich...ek bandar ke haath mein talwar dene ka natteza kya hota hai sabhi jaante hain...

I hope they are placed well after release. Atleast in Jail they got free food,How will they fend for themselves outside?

blue-ice ji, I think these people have already served their time, but they don't have the money to pay their fines, so they are still languishing in jail... the question is, what sorts of criminals is he helping out?.. rapists, murderers, thieves?

There are lots of people who are genuinely suffering in India...and salman would choose criminals over them..tsk tsk...is every single hungry child in India been fed?? If not why worry about criminals...

salman already helping children by funding their operations and education ..secondly he is not going to release all 400 people they will be slected from these 400 prisoners

Lot of innocents go to jail in India because money talks. If Salman is helping free these senior citizens who have already paid their dues to society by serving their full sentence, then yes by all means, I applaud Salman for paying their fines and freeing them.
