The preview teaser of Yash Chopra's film has come, and it has created quite a wave, especially on the forum with 53 pages! In honor of Mr Yash Chopra, here's a list of the jubilees that his films did, (information is from from Yash Raj website). This list is quite old, thus why it says "running in it's 9th year" for DDLJ.

Wow! Whatever it is YC certainly has to be the most successful director to have sustained at the top for so long.

YC is wayy awsomer than just being "the cheese king"...

if u delete all his movies post Lamhe, its a spectacular filmography...

Deewar, waqt, Lamhe, Kala patthar, trishul, daag, Kabhie kabhie...those were EPIC movies...hes a very strong and bold storyteller...if u notice, almost all his 60s and some of his 70s/90s movies were ahead of their times...

Then aditya chopra started writing stories for him and craptastic crap happened...🤢

remove DTPH n VZ...a few glitches off silsila(the ending) and hes a supercool filmmaker...one of my favs...😎

^^^When I saw that teaser of his next film I suddenly realized he had directed films like Deewar, Waqt, Kala Pattar(that had slipped out of my mind). Yet somehow he is always been associated with romantic films.

He's a good director for sure compared to his son Aditya Chopra. My fav work of his till date is Darr from the SRK flicks as I haven't watched the rest

More than his directing, the movies which his production house produced have made a big impact in terms of generating revenue. I think Aditya Chopra is in charge of Yash Raj and he's doing a better job as a producer more than a director since he's a one movie wonder with DDLJ

and hes pretty good with romance too when he dosent have his pretentious son writing scripts for him (VZ, DTPH and the new film...uggh NO)...

Honey Irani wrote Lamhe and tht was pure magic...his wife wrote the story for Kabhie kabhie and tht was gr8 too...Even silsila with its sloppy ending was fine for most part coz yash chopra wrote it...

his SON is the cheesy overrated one...Yash chopra by himself is brilliant...he directs dramatic stories really well..

adi, kJO n kunal kohli are all yash chopra wannabies...but they can never come close to his awsomeness..😎
