LOL it's an internet meme. The logo is from NBC public service announcements. It's been parodied a lot and on the internet it has become a meme where if you post some odd/funny info you add that logo or modify the logo to make your joke, etc.

Hey Jaya.

Yea, those two don't exactly know why either...Heisenberg was at 100%, couldn't post so came back under another Heisenberg ID but he's been banned ever since even though he hasn't crossed any line. Dr3vil on the other hand just got a ban straightaway without even having a WL or saying anything wrong. Nicko got banned (due to 100% WL I assume) but is allowed to post under Rambo_ka_baap these days so I don't get why Shashi and Dr3vil are being continously banned whereas Nicko is allowed to post away without being banned? All three went through the same scenario as far as I know but the consequences are different. 🤔

No I don't want you banned again, Nicko. I am just using you as an example. 😆The way you got banned on your birthday was funny but quite unfair too.
