i have been reading about how abhay deol is "flop" actor whiole funny thing is his last film last year ZNMD won BEST FILM and BOX OFFICE HIT even SHANGHAI is not flop yet he is being labled flop by some one here

amy i missing something because ABHISHEK has long list of DISASTERS i mean not just flops but DISASTERS inlucing this year PLAYERS

yet i dont see same person writing anything abouyt him

i know mods are her in omkara fan club but it is annoying to read same thing over and over again

Abhisekh is the middle child of bollywood. He gets leftovers and hand me downs so his flops don't matter as much. Same goes for the likes of Ritesh Deshmukh et al. Abhay is in his own "thinking actor" league. Bottom line: they cater to different audiences so the reaction will be based on that.

No one writes about him cos no one remembers him.

Bade Papa's twitters and rants has irritated media so much that they dont criticise the Bachcha and there is nothing to praise in him. Which means he has gone into the forgotten parts of the cold storage

abhay is good actor and abhishek too with certain roles...but yes he got many opprtunities compared to others but nw he isnt among top actors...

nobody actually pays attention to what abhishek does actually...nobody takes him seriously...uski itni movies flop ho chuki hai ki ppl wnt bother if his nxt movie is also a flop...they will bother only if his movies will succeed

he isnt in news for his movies...hes just Aishwaryas childs daddy...

abhay deol is 'd intelligent directors muse'...box-office hits or misses dnt deter him..though ppl write him off...there will always be an Anurag Kashyap to give him a break again

i don't understand why ppl keep mocking abhay for no reason...i am not his fan but considering the childish mockery, i need to speak in his favour...just becoz he doesn't give a BB or a ATBB he is a bad actor and needs to leave the industry why...??? if u look at his movies, he attempts to do more serious and innovative cinema types, so he is clear that what he wants to do...and his power lies tht inspite of giving ... yes i admit a list of failures he is still getting movies and acting decently. there is no way you can ever degrade him by any means...he is following the walks of Rahul Khanna who also never followed the path of typical cinema...everyone has their own choices...you can't force anybody.

coming to topic...Abhishek resides in a family which hits the headlines every now and then, he is born with a silver spoon. so he will always be talked abt...similar like Siddharth mallya who is being written for his notorious activites more often and there is rohan gavaskar son of cricket legend sunil gavaskar who couldn't even bagged a headline. it happens.
