IIFA 2012: Vidya Balan goes all wrong at the event

Everything went wrong for the actress when it came to her appearance at IIFA 2012. We give you the fashion lowdown.
IIFA saw a lot of actresses getting experimental in terms of fashion.
Most came out of their comfort zone and tried things they hadn't before. Few actresses went desi on the IIfa green carpet while The Restdonned innovative evening gowns in unconventional colours and cuts.
Amongst all the beauties, few that stood out for the right reasons and looked stunning were Kalki, Priyanka Chopra, Chitrangada, Sameera Reddy.
Bipasha Basu flashed her washboard abs in her bikini-esque Shrivan Narresh sari which only she could pull off, thanks to her sculpted body. Bips also dazzled in her Gauri Nainika red gown at other IIFA event.
Sonam Kapoor wasn't present at IIFA but she inspired two actresses with her fashion. Priyanka and Parineeti both sisters wore what Sonam has before.
Priyanka's lovely Dolce & Gabbana gown was worn in different colour by Sonam at a bash in Mumbai. Both PC and Sonam carried it well, though we liked it on Sonam more.
Parineeti's blue Jatin Varma gown had the same flare and fall that Sonam Kapoor's JPG outfit had at Cannes 2011. Parineeti's makeup and black nail paint was a lot like Sonam too.
Chitrangada Singh looked like a goddess in her gold corset dress. Kalki looked pretty in herVictoria Beckham dress. Her makeup was understated and style chic.
Sameera Reddy too looked stylish in her All Black ensemble.
Vidya Balan however got it all wrong at IIFA 2012. She looked bloated in the Masaba Gupta black sari. The sari did nothing for Vidya. The white makeup only worsened the look. No one looks better in a sari than Vidya but this one was simply terrible.
