After the success of HANUMAN, the market of animation films in India has opened up… After making path-breaking and trend-setting feature films and television serials, B.R. Films, in its 50th golden jubilee year, is producing India's first 3D animation film. The work has already commenced on the Hindi-English bilingual KRISHNA LEELA [ADVENTURES OF LORD KRISHNA in English], with a creative team of animators from Canada working on this project. The film would be ready for release in May 2007, during the summer vacations. The film is being produced by B.R. Chopra and Ravi Chopra for B.R. Films. "In India, we hardly make films for kids. This segment has always been ignored. The film is targeted at all age groups, particularly children," says Ravi Chopra. |
