Aamir Khan tweeted, "Hey guys, great news! The Lok Sabha has passed the Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences Bill today!!! Unbelievable!!! Super News!"

Why dont do you just cut out sex scenes, as their is no need for them.

Maybe Aamir knew that that bill is supposed to get passed and then made an episode out of it. No way can a bill be passed just 2 days after the show aired or whatever time it took to make that episode?

The bill was passed by Rajya Sabha on 10 May before the airing of the child sexual abuse episodeon SJ,Today it was passed by Lok Sabha as well.The issue stressed upon by Satyamev jayate did have some effect on the Lok Sabha as well otherwise they would have passed it before.

Its good that the show has been successful in having an effect over such issues no matter how small it is.The most important thing now is that the Goevrnment implements the bill and the criminals behind the hineous crime are punished and the children are protected.The awareness should continue even after Satyamev Jayate ends.

"The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Bill, 2011 was introduced in the Rajya Sabha on March 23, 2011. The Bill was referred to the standing Committee on Human Resource Development (Chairperson: Shri Oscar Fernandes), which is scheduled to submit its report by June 15, 2011."

No, he is not making it that coz of him Bill passed, If u have watched the show, he mentioned it that Bill is there to be presented in Rajya Sabha, He just ask ppl 2 make a effort to show their support for that Bill.

Bill was suppose 2 get result today even if SMJ won't have been aired.
