I would have still been curious to see Imran in this role instead but Saif is not bad. Surely looking forward for this movie.

i dont the movie name but there was a tamil movie which starred nanda, kajols sister and the gal who played the heroine in anniyan...

all 3 friends with the guy trying hard to woo the gal but ultimately ends up with the best friend ...

i think this one is similar to that

I think instead of Imran, Ranbir would have suited this role better.
He is young and is a better actor than Imran.

Dinesh Vijan was supposed to proudce Cocktail alone, not with Saif. There was news about how he wanted to produce a film seperately.

What I think happend was Dinesh & Saif patched up and Saif decided he wanted to be the male lead. It's obvious that Imran was dropped because the news of Saif replacing him came so suddenly. I think Saif thought another film in the romcom genre which has worked for him in the past would be safe, so he signed it.

I thought before that maybe after BKB, Imran didn't want to do a romcom with Deepika right after..but he would be foolish to do that, the film is most likely to work very well.

I'm pretty upset...I think Saif looks good in the promos and he'll do the role wel, but the age gap between him and the girls is evident. Imran would've suited the girls a lot better, and he's improving as an actor. He was the director's first choice so I'm sure the role would've suited him well.

Dinesh Vijan is the busiest man possible with his film Agent Vinod, starring Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor under production. However, we hear that the producer is already contemplating his next. The interesting part here is that Dinesh who was till now in a partnership with the Saif Ali Khan under their production banner Illuminati Films, will be going solo this time.

Apparently, Dinesh has roped in Homi Adajania to direct the film and it will star Imran Khan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. This will be Homi's second outing as director after Being Cyrus. While Deepika has already worked with Dinesh during Love Aaj Kal, it will be the first for Imran.
