I personally like Kareena more.

Vidya is capable of doing difficult roles really well. She is smart & knows which script she can do full justice with get critical & mass acclaim. But Vidya was a disaster in movies like kismat konnection, even hey baby, etc. Both have their strengths & weaknesses. Compared to Vidya, Kareena has lesser weaknesses.
