Maddy, do you remember Gangarams book store? They closed that place in MG road. A part of the book house is shifted near Koshy's in front of the LIC building. The store is historic!

I know Gangarams... They closed it last year itself. Right?

No no. Last week. I went to grab some left over stuff. Clearance sale 😆

Apparently, the landlord demands for 25 lakhs for a month's rent. That's sooo expensive!

Oh... Then it wasn't that then... Last year while driving down MG Road i saw some shops closed and a new building was coming up... I guess it was some other shop...

Very sad... Gangaram's gone... At this rate MG road will never be the same... That street will start looking like Gurgaon.

Oh that building next to Kauvery Handicrafts? It's a little mall now.

Ever since, they chopped the trees for Metro that road has lost all its charm. There are two stations out there now. Nalli got closed there and is shifted to Malleshwaram. One thing that has never changed is Shankarnag theatre😆
