It is very hard. You have to find something to distract yourself. Usually the trick is take a 2-3 day vacation and disconnect from the digital world. When you do so you will automatically be cut off. The urge to read and respond gets killed a bit. Then you focus on studying, working, whatever you need to do. If you itch for entertainment, grab an engrossing novel. Don't log on till you accomplish goals.

Man you people are making my mouth water here with food discussion. This weekend I had Baozi for the first time. It is Chinese steamed bun. It was delicious. The dough is so soft, smooth and tender. Like butter melting in your mouth. And the fillings so varied savory, tangy, sweet all kinds.

I found an easy recipe for the dough online. I think someday I'm going to try Indian/Chinese fusion Baozi - with chicken tikka masala and with paneer chili.

LOL for 4.5 years library was my second home. I have stayed in library numerous times, and even had a couch reserved for me 😆
