Yea, it's very sad. I took some time yesterday to read about her death because people were posting things like "murderer of Divya Bharti" under Sajid's birthday pics.
The police couldn't prove anything about her case, they say that there wasn't enough evidence to even know if she fell by accident or on purpose.

It's such a difficult place to sit down on. Click on the pics for larger view. It doesn't make sense, how she managed to get past the clothesline to sit there and how she didn't fall in the balcony right below hers.
Even if the case does re-open, what will they prove now after all these years? It's not like there will be new evidence. I believe the only people who can shed some light on this are the 3 who were present there. But Neetu Lulla and husband have been said to give contradicting statements to the police after her death. They are unlikely to speak now even if there is something they didn't reveal.
I personally think that it wasn't a suicide or accident but I also don't think that Sajid did it. I've seen their pics together, he appears genuinely in love with her. He wasn't there when he died and news articles after her death describe him as being in shock and devastated.
I also don't think she took her own life. People say she was fearless and used to do dangerous things sometimes. But she also loved life and loved having fun. Her career was going really well too.
That said, Sajid's non-filmy connections might have had something to do with it. Perhaps this was those people's way of getting back at Sajid? Maybe they wanted to threaten him by harming his wife? Divya is reported to have been unhappy with Sajid's connections and wanted him to keep out of it.
I guess only God will know the truth, as is with so many mystery deaths.
