A big prod house with gud star cast i think the last time TA gave it a bad review was i think Bunty nd Babli ...which if i remember correctly got 11/2 stars or sumthing while all the reviewers were all praises for it ...i think after that his trade based reviews havent gone wrong ...and if he see'e he is a little off the mark then the inflated figs start pouring ...

If I talked about the story of 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu', then it's a story of a 26 year old Rahul Kapoor (Imran Khan), who's so afraid of his parents, as most children are afraid of their parents. Rahul just wants to be like them in your life. Everything was going well but suddenly Rahul loses his job. He is afraid that his parents would not like to hear it. Without saying anything, he is already looking at other jobs. Meanwhile, Rahul meets rich, lively and alive heart Riana Braganza (Kareena Kapoor), who has everything that He does not have..

On Christmas Eve, both Rahul and Riana meet again over a few drinks, but as usual, when it comes to drink, it's never a few drink. They spend the whole night together, and in the morning they found themselves married.

Imagine, you're "mumma and papa's boy" and suddenly you make a mistake against your parent's expectations.. then What will you do ? The films is more of a today's young generation story, inevitably.

Well, he's now married and he has to hide their marriage from his family. Now both want to get rid of the marriage and the court gives them time after ten days. In the next ten days, they laugh together, enjoy together even fight together and unwillingly the relationship becomes a friendship. Then the story takes a new turn and rest of the film is about their unnamed relationship. Will they fall in love and accept their marriage ? Will he dare to tell his parent everything ?

When, it comes to Kareena Kapoor's performance, she's outstanding even did better then her character 'Geet' in Jab We Met. Imran Khan delivers fetching performance and fits into his character. While, Boman Irani is as always justify with his role. Ratna Pathak Shah, and Ram Kapoor are a remarkable in the film.

On the whole, Valentine's Day is a special day for lovers and 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' is could be your plan with your Valentine.

''Ek Main Aur...'' cash registers already ringing

Karan Johar's "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu" has yet to hit the screens but the filmmaker has already recovered Rs.21 crore which he had invested in producing the romantic comedy starring Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

Karan Johar's "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu" has yet to hit the screens but the filmmaker has already recovered Rs.21 crore which he had invested in producing the romantic comedy starring Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

The production budget of the film was Rs.21 crore and the maker spent another Rs.8 crore on print, advertising and publicity etc.

The news is that "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu" has recovered Rs.15 crore by selling satellite rights and Rs.6 crore from music.

An official spokesperson of the film said: "All our primary costs have been recovered. We are very confident of our film and what it does at the box office only adds to the kitty of earnings."

A strong pre-release buzz has surrounded the film and Karan feels this is because the lead pair has added a zing to their performance.

"Very rarely do lead players in a film get the opportunity to essay characters that are so close to their real life - Imran and Kareena are playing themselves in 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' and that's why they have been able to add that extra zing to their performances. It's a slice of life film... a slice of their own lives," said Karan in a statement.

The film is releasing Friday coinciding with Valentine's Day celebrations. 👏
