Maddy, in those days the rumours were that someone had caught them doing that in a public restaurant. Only later stories cropped up that one of them had lost hteir phone coz it looked too private.
No sane woman would leak that kinda clip coz its gross. And its not like Kareena ever needed the publicity. She was always doing pretty ok in her career, even during her low phase, she always had work.
And there were many stories of Kareena going through a really tough phase afterwards and cutting off from everyone due to the embarasment. (Also reported in Filmfare magazine)

IN all my years of being her fan, I cannot recall ONE time when Kareena didnt have work or films in the pipeline.
That clip was an unfortunate accident. Otherwise, she's been with Saif for almost 5 years and nothing has surfaced.
