^ Regarding acting, her chemistry with Hrithik was the selling point of the movie. So there must be some contribution from her that made the difference... or that, perhaps, you didn't notice. But you are free to have an opinion on this.

Well, ... She was so so so so thin , its like ur not seeing a female but a doll ...

That's quite offensive. I'm very skinny. So does that make me a plastic doll and not human or female anymore?

And why is it hard to accept people in all shapes and sizes? So if they're not in a certain shape, they're not human anymore?

VG...people are entitled to their perspective. Why get so defensive about Aishwarya & the Bachchans?

Exactly. People have the rights to their own opinions. If they think Aish sucks in dhoom 2 then so be it. It's their opinion.

They are and they are free to have opinions. Who is stopping them? I'm just discussing/debating it. Isn't that the point of a public forum? I'm not making any personal attacks. So what's the harm?

And why I get so defensive, for the precise reason so many people are cynical about certain stars. So if people bash a star left and right, it is okay but for someone to defend them respectfully is not? Sorry I don't agree with that.

First thing first , its all about individual perception

@bold, I am pretty thin too , when ppl comment i take it as compliment , whats offensive about that ??? my friend is very skinny like a skeleton we all tease her and call her plastic doll, she laughs as the intention behind that is not hurting but asking her to take proper diet , calling someone doll is not a crime or offensive ...

No one is perfect , i am aware of that , as myself not perfect , or in shape , its not about accepting ppl ...

About her acting and chemistry , every one said , they are sizzling but i dont agree, i have my own opinion , and i said wat i felt ,

So you mean people are thin because of improper diet? I beg to differ. I eat well, exercise, do all my work, yet I'm skinny.

So when someone says to me - "Hey, you're not human or a female. You're a plastic doll"... are you telling me that it isn't offensive?

How was it a pathetic role or a performance? Yeah, it was a glamour oriented role and no major intense acting piece but it sure was a much better substantial role when compared to any of the other Dhoom girls.. Esha, Rimi in Dhoom or Bipasha in Dhoom 2, who had pretty much nothing to do. Regarding the performance, in the movie, Sunehri is a wannabe yet street smart girl who tries really hard to seduce/impress Mr.A. And Ash did exactly that! The way she spoke, the way she walked, she was totally in-character and sounded nothing like the Aishwarya Rai that she is off-screen. She actually acted unlike most of the Bollywood actresses in such glamour roles who just sleep-walk through the movie!

Before Dhoom 2, people used to say "Ash is beautiful but isn't hot or sexy, she's the sweet Indian beauty you want to take home to your mother", but this performance, she totally changed that perception. And oh, her chemistry with Hrithik in this film was definitely sizzling!

Rani should work out like hell if she wants to be a Dhoom girl now. Now is the time that her career can be revived.

Wowww, you need to get off your high horse...I was merely making fun of the fact that Rani was going to play a "challenging" role similar to that of Sunhehri when in reality the Dhoom girls do nothing else but prance around in miniskirts (Rimi, Esha, Bips included). Rani will be doing nothing more as well and I found it laughable that YRF thinks otherwise, sue me.

I wasn't expecting a lecture on the acting excellence of Aish on such a well...mediocre role...But now since you brought it up, I didn't realize the boundaries Aish has passed 😲 Arre wah, her ability to shake her hips, thrust her chest, and liplock with Hrithik...definitely award worthy performances. No way did she sleep-walk through it, nuh uh

Get off my high horse? Whaaat? lol. I merely disagreed with you and gave my opinion. How was that arrogance or superiority?

And I wish you looked more into the role than just the superficial things like how many clothes she wore or lack there of. What I was pointing out was how she changed her body language, way of speaking, attitude etc, not just her clothes. So for someone who has always been composed and poised, to get into the skin of a character who is supposed to be brash, loud and wannabe, it is challenging to an extent. But to each his own.

Yes it was, because you replied on the offensive as you viewed my comment as an attack on Aish...when I really was making fun of Rani (regardless of what Shabnam said). If you were merely disagreeing, then you wouldn't have written such a huge spiel on the merits of Aish's acting.

And I wish you could see that despite the so-called changes, Aish still looked as wooden as a plank and was completely awkward throughout the movie. But to each his or her own
