πŸ˜ƒ Okay, a lot of our favorites do a lot of homework to enact a character well. What does it take? Researching the character, adopting a different dialogue, losing weight, gaining weight, even shaving your head?! πŸ˜† It is a huge challenge acting, but getting the character right will reap huge awards once the film gets huge critical and commercial success. Most of Bollywood celebs have been successful in enacting their characters, whether it is actresses or actors from the past and present. Will Aamir enact his character well in the upcoming Talaash or Kareena in Heroine? Only time will tell...
Please share your thoughts on what it takes to enact a character well.

For me I don't like overacting people...I rather have under actors than overacting because it can get annoying.
For me, I wish all actresses acted like Konkona. She's so natural when it comes to acting that you forget she's playing a character, you feel like your watching a real life story

Exactly. That's why I give Imran at least the credit for not overacting even though he still can't act. πŸ˜†

Imran is growing out a stubble or beard I believe for Vishal's next. Imran might enact his character well and Vishal will bring out the best in him. Imran needs a makeover from his romantic comedies. It will be a nice change. πŸ˜ƒ

Growing a beard is not always equal to good acting.πŸ˜†

A basic understanding of the character. Then a little blending in of your own personality just keeping it simple. :)
