Will Kareena manage to avoid Agent Vinod v/s EMAET clash?

It's finally happening. After being in the making for over a year and a half, Saif Ali Khan's biggie Agent Vinod is gearing up for release. Though the formal announcement is just around the corner, sources confirm that the action thriller is all set to hit the screens next February. While for Kareena this is great news indeed as her beau's much cherished dream is finally realising, it could well be at the cost of Karan Johar's Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.
"As of now Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu has already been slotted for 10th February arrival. With the first time 'jodi' of Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan, the makers had finalised the film's arrival for the weekend leading to the Valentines Day, more so since it is a rom-com. With Kareena's Agent Vinod now all set to arrive in February, it is improbable that Karan Johar would bring his film in the same month. He has no other choice but to move ahead now", says a source.
What also makes one quite sure about Kareena's double bill in February to be avoided is the disastrous response that her colleague Aishwarya Rai suffered from a year ago when she went through a similar dilemma.
"When Action Replayy and Guzaarish released within fortnight of each other last November, everyone was dead against the idea", remembers a film buff, "However the makers were adamant then due to which Aishwarya was left with limited time in hand to promote both the films. It's a different matter though none of the two films eventually worked. However, I am sure Karan Johar and Saif Ali Khan won't make the same mistake by sticking to their original plans when it comes to Kareena."
This is where the adage of 'kaun karega qurbani' comes into picture and as things stand today, it is apparent that Karan Johar is the front runner for that.
"It would be the second time that Karan may have to change his plans though since Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu was originally supposed to arrive in November last year. However, due to Kareena's hectic schedule where she had to balance time with Ra.One as well, he graciously decided to postpone his film and bring it next Valentines", a source adds, "He loves Bebo though and understands the predicament that she and Saif have already faced due to Agent Vinod taking some time to reach the finishing line. A solution would definitely come out of it."
When contacted, Karan Johar was unavailable for comment.
