😳 Okay, this is my 10th topic for the weekend. I am going simply pagal!!!!!!!! 😆😆😆 I just want to post all these crazy topics. As long as you enjoy them, it is all good, right?! 👏 Anyway, I know these topics have been done quite to death (Priyanka, Aish, Sonam, Shahid, Salman, etc.). But, now I want to explore ABHISHEK. He debuted in 2000 with Refugee, which was an acclaimed performance. He has had so many flops, but there was not day he did not work hard and show his sincerity. I do think he acted well in his previous movies, after giving good performances in Yuva, Dhoom, Bunty Aur Babli, Sarkar, Bluffmaster, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, Guru, and Sarkar Raj. But, the movie that showed his downfall was Raavan. Yikes, now I realized can this guy really ACT?! What happened to HIM?! He has given uninspiring performances in movies like Game and Dum Maro Dum. Will he make a comeback with Players? He hasn't had a hit or acclaimed performance for a VERY long time now (his last success was Paa, but that was due to Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan). Can this guy get back on track and give us movies where he can ACT or not?! I am starting to give up on him now.

Frankly he comes across as a very lazy actor... Lethargic to the craft... I just dont see the same drive, the same passion in him that the other star kids like Ranbir, Kareena and HR have in them...

nope...hes not a natural onscreen...his acting always looks so rehearsed and mechanical...he lacks charisma and screen presence too...he just dosent seem to be interested in acting...i have a feeling he'd rather be in some other field or profession, coz thts the impression i get from watching most of his interviews...

Somewhat. But he doesn't seem too interested in his own career enough to work on his (limited yes, but not entirely non-existent) capabilities. Time pass kar raha hain woh Bollywood mein.

I think he got into acting cos there was nothing better to do that day. Was he a studious fella? Does anyone know?

I'm not sure if his inability to act is completely to blame for his chronic box-office duds. It seems the plots and story lines of most of his movies (most, not ALL) only seem interesting if you're like 15. Drona, seriously?? I can't think of any actor that could've made that film a success. Not to mention he's a bit typecasted in the industry. Exactly how many times can you make the character of a NRI or an ABCD who just returned to India seem charasmatic and interesting?

AB's on screen abilities seem limited. It's obvious he's not comfortable expressing himself completely. Plus everything he does, from dialogue delivery, to his "dancing" seems less than half-*ssed, at best!

His Pa shows no signs of slowing down, according to the media, and I don't think his Missus will stay away from the cameras for a very long time. I say, Abhishek should chill and just ride those horses as long as he can. 😆
