It's no secret that producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar and director Reema Kagti had approached the who's who of the film industry to play the leading man in their next, which is tentatively titled Dhuaan. Eventually, it was Aamir who decided to do the film.

The script is obviously the reason why Khan picked this project. But sources close to the actor tell us that there was another reason – Aamir Khan gets an 80-per cent slice of the profit. Yes, you read right – Aamir Khan will get 80 per cent of the profits of the film. Too much, right?

Well this just proves what he said. Aamir Khan is co-producing this movie and if movie turn out to be an average movie he won't be making any money.

Reema Katgi is not Raju Hirani or KJo. Her first movie bombed at BO. There is no guarentee that Dhuan will turn out to be a Blockbuster movie. Aamir Khan is taking a risk and greater the risk the more your pay should be.
