Salim Khan takes a dig on Katrina Kaif!

Katrina Kaif may have long been the queen of Salman Khan's heart, but when it comes to the position of his leading lady, theDabangg Khan may be looking in another direction.

Consider the fact that just last week, when the Khan brothers and a few distributors met up to discuss who to cast opposite Sallu in a new project, it was Bebo's name that was finalised. Until now, Kat has always been Sallu's first choice for projects.

The suggestion came from none other than the Khan patriarch, Salim Khan. It seems that the legendary scriptwriter-film-maker was so upset with Sallu and Kat's on again-off again relationship status, that he decided enough was enough.

Says a source close to the Khan family, "He thought that this might get Salman out of the mess he's in."

Salim Khan on the other hand, said the decision was down to pure business sense: "Today, Kareena is the only actress who can actually make a difference to a project. She is the undisputed queen of the box office."

On Bodyguard

I feel the first half was rather routine and the film picked up only in the second half. Kareena Kapoor's contribution in the second half was very noticeable. With due respect to our actresses, I feel Kareena is the only heroine who makes a difference to a project.

Well Salim is right because Kareena is the 100 crore herione. 3 idiots, Golmaal 3, and Bodyguard. Katrina is more popular in general. Anyhow, Salman's movie's 2010-2011 all are ATTB's and BO success no matter who the herione was.
