It's Bobby Deol's birthday today, on January 27! This handsome hunk is the younger son of the legendary Dharmendra, and has graced equal stardom as his brother Sunny Deol. Looking dashing as ever, like an Italian model of sorts, Bobby had a good last year with his films 'Barsaat' and 'Dosti' both managing well at the box office. This year too he is on a signing spree, bagging some good offers, the latest being Anil Sharma's 'Apne'.

Excerpts from the Interview:

How do you intend to celebrate your birthday this year?

I had a good last year and I'll celebrate in its name today. I always have a ritualistic birthday celebration. The morning starts with a puja in home. I don't like getting up early but for this day, I manage. This year Sunny bhaiya will be there too due to a cancel of a shoot and this will double up the enjoyment. I'll catch up with my buddies in home in the evening. I make it mandatory to cut a cake. January 24 was my wife Tanya's birthday and now it's mine. So we are having quite an enjoying time. Also celebrating with my two sons Aryaman and Dharam makes my birthday more special.

How was been your childhood celebrations?

It would be lot of fun then too. I used to flunk school on my birthdays and enjoy a good holiday. I used to invite my friends and we used to spend the whole day together playing cricket and other games. Those days were fun in own ways.

What does your guest list name this time?

Mostly my close friends like Pranav, Baba, Tapush and Ashish Singh. All of them are my long time buddies some of them even school and college mates. So we'll have a get together of sorts but don't intend to have a men's night out. Preferably we'll celebrate in home. I'm bonded to my friends and I can trust and depend on them. They're so much a part of my world and so my birthday will be half-baked without them.

What is the special gift you're looking forward to this time?

I enjoy receiving and giving gifts. For now I have everything that anybody can ask for. Dad and Sunny bhaiya has always made sure that I've everything and sometimes have given me things without asking for them. Tanya also keeps showering me with gifts and her gifts are always special for me just like her. For now I dream about a sports car a Porsche, for my birthday. I'm really passionate about cars and though I have a Mercedes, I would like to own a Porsche someday.

Have you gone for any birthday resolution?

I would like to remain healthy and manage a better lifestyle doing things accordingly and take good care of myself.
