if Kareena is/was indeed insecure of Deepika then how come Saif could have done two movies with Deepika and one upcoming?

I'm guessing that Saif/Deepika (though I'm only interested in the half with Saif) pic is from a song sequence in Aarakshan. If so, what song? Or did they make a mistake with the caption?

^^ Oh, good. I thought it looked off for an Aarakshan still, both because Saif doesn't have the mustache, and because his looks there doesn't match the timeline if it were from Aarakshan.
