@liverach: do you mean in the commercial sense, vidya isn't considered an "heroine"?! graned she doesn't have a massive fan following. But she does manage to grab all the awards and most ppl were pleased with her winning...didn't see much of a back lash on that.

The teri meri song is a much bigger hit than any sheila or munni...It gets about 3 - 4 lakh views a day on Youtube...Ra.one is looking great too..I guess I was wrong ..Give a talented actress any role she will shine

So true. I mean look at Dirty Picture...it's a risky project to take on, but I saw the promo and I was like there's no one else that could have been it. Vidya has this fire in her that I see rarely in other actresses. PC sometimes captures it, but Vidya is like on another level.

I don't buy her crap of 'not needing a piece of paper'. She won't marry until her shelf life in Bollywood is over - another 5-6 years at the very least. It remains to be seen whether she'll still be with Saif then. She also did go on record to state that she'll marry Shahid. She didn't. She plays it by the ear, she does.

I know she doesn't do the "safe" roles, but still...her time is coming and it's def coming soon. I think post Paa and Ishqiya she's taken more seriously, and if this film works then officially her reign will start...and she's oficially be considered a contender. I guess since she's so unconventional, it'll take her longer to be considered in the running for number 1.

And totally agree about the magazine and stuff. But I wish she did more...she can be so photogenic.Her Filmfare photo shoot was so elegant and beautiful...if only she had better PR!

Kareena there is competition in this industry? if you choose not to see it then nothing can be done about it. Katrina's BO consistency no Heroine has and the variety of roles that are offered to Vidya no one has (even if they are offered they are not accepting it). Even PC experiments with her roles...I see her trying out variety even after failures like WYR and SKM. Kareena I feel has stopped trying even having so much of talent.

I think Kareena has given Katrina fans something to think about...

And please she cares too much about her #1 position. You can see the pride reflecting in her eyes everytime an interviewer says it...and now it doesn't matter. Please don't try to fool people.
