Ranbir & Imran to star in 'Andaz Apna Apna' remake

At last the wait is finally over and the b-town latest foe turned friends Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan will come together for the classic comedy 'Andaz Apna Apna' remake.

The 1994 comedy helmed by Raj kumar santoshi starred B-town best pals Aamir Khan and Salman Khan.

The 2011 version will also be helmed by Santoshi and it will be titled 'Pasand Apni Apni'. A couple of meetings are held and some more is expected in near future between them regarding their characters.

Those who have seen the flick will agree that Aamir enjoyed more footage then Salman in the flick and Santoshi is planning to give Aamir's role to Ranbir. Imran is okay with it as he does not want to step in his mamu jan Aamir's shoes and attract unnecessary comparisons but he is demanding equal footage for both in the remake.

The leading ladies are not being thought at this stage as the nod of both the heartthrobs of bollywood Ranbir and Imran is still to come...

Wow!!!

I loved that movie...It was CLASSIC COMEDY!!!!
Ranbir and Imran are good choices...they will do justice!

Raveena's role should be given katrina or kareena, karishma's role can hold by asin.

Though i already had a sense ranbirimran are gud buddy and they will get this role.

what was so special about AAA?

ok. i liked the movie as a kid. but, that was all.

i don't feel like watching the movie anymore 🥱

meh I dunno man..

the thing that I feel keeps people hooked to AAA even now, is the cute, 90s style humor, the way the actors looked, the cute old style music...

I mean that's what I think, considering that it was a flop when it actually released...

I don't think remaking it will be a good idea

I had that silly smile on ma face throughout the movie😆

thas why, I'm not sure if the charm that AAA has, will be retained in the remake of AAA

Remakes usually don't do as well as the originals...

The only positive thing is the casting...Ranbir and Imran at those awards were real funny...Their comic timings are at par...

I'm a bit apprehensive bout how dey'll handle the music tho...I can't bear it if dey take songs like "Ello jee sanam hum aa gaye" and remix it...

I want to see Salman & Aamir if ever a remake comes, I still love the movie! I wish santoshi doesnt term this movie as a AAA remake instead make it a separate movie
