KANK - Like seriously, What was KJ thinking coming up with such movie. If i was preity, I had kick SRK's ass hard in that show. And the messaged sent across is utter bullshit. Two imperfect people should get married to each other...that is what the movie is showing. And Rani being a married woman, how can she tear apart another woman's marriage eventhough preity's marriage is already on the rock. Wait..was it even on the rock or was SRK trying to find fault with the marriage cos his wife is so much successful than him. Would the marriage still be on the rock if he was still a professional player. Argh. Bad movie. ALso the part when AB said that he never made rani felt incomplete just cause she wont give birth, then she said to AB 'now u said it'...what rubbish is that. Of course he has to say that cos rani keep avoiding him thinking he doesnt want her cos she is incomplete.

I completely disagree with Aitraaz and Waqt...
In Aitraaz it wasn't his fault that she became pregnant.. and Waqt was a memorable movie..
It wasn't the usual Bolly movie, it had a beautiful but sad story..

Can someone explaing why the heck was everyone crying in that scene when they all are at the shopping mall?

Hrithik's overacting in the scene makes me want to torture myself. Thats how terrible it was.

A few things i learnt from Dhoom 2..

1. The Queen of England cannot afford a plane ticket, so she travels on the train with her crown.

2. You can land on top of a 100mph train without falling off your feet.

3. It's absolutely important to answer a mobile in the middle of a shootout.

4. You can paint yourself white and slide through a room swarming with security guards and no one will notice you.

5. Security guards look at everything except for the diamond and the floor.

6. Corrosive acid can eat away metal in under 10 seconds, but not the soles of your shoes.

7. Mumbai sewage systems are the cleanest in the world.

8. Mumbai police have jurisdiction worldwide.

9. Someone as stupid as Ali is capable of becoming a cop and for that matter, allowed to carry a gun.

10. Most Indian twins are raised in different countries from an early age, so that their first languages are different. The one who doesn't speak Hindi will nonetheless speak English with an Indian accent, and not Portugese, the native language of her home country.

11. Monali can understand Ali's tapori Hindi but not Jai's straight Hindi.

12. You're allowed to let go of an international criminal and his accomplice if they're in love

13. Mr A's magnetic hand device can attract coke cans which are usually made of aluminium, a non-magnetic material.

14. Jai can shoot better with one hand while riding a jet ski but cannot with a sniper whilst being on a helicopter.

15. A film like Dhoom 2 can become a hit and win awards.

i agree kank was horrible...but i kinda get wht point it was trying to make...both maya and dev were in a marriage of convenience, and not of love..so the relationships with their spouses are not in the best shape. I dunt think it promoted infidelity...sometimes,therz just no spark in a relationship, and one cant help but think about calling it off...but the point i think was that if ur soo unhappy in a relationship,its better to break it off than to put urself and ur partner in the misery...

having said that, the way kank depicted it was horrible...it was more like rani and srk's characters were complete biatches for doing what they did to their spouses,rather than them actually undergoing huge emotional dilemma or trauma regarding their marriage...the screenplay was lousy, the acting was horrible, the music pedestrian, the dialogues unbearable and the emotions synthetic. The only one i "felt" for in the movie was abhishek's character...

I completely agree with you here about KANK! I wish someone other than KJO tried to make this film!

From recent times..

Ready: W*F. I am still pissed that i wasted my money on this. Its tasteless, senseless film has no plot to speak of. The only thing from this movie that i liked is the song: 'Character dheela hai'. Other than that...its complete bs. No point. Useless.
