Yes Katrina is the only actress in top 13.

Aamir is the only actor in top 7, he has the top spot, the next actors is SRK who is on the 9th position, salman is on 10th position and Amitabh is on the 11th position etc...

I don't think the list is made on who has an Indian passport or not.

They all living and working for the country so who cares if their passport is Indian or not, doesn't make any difference for me at least.

Why should it! Imran Khan has an American passport. He can't even vote in India as India doesn't allow dual citizenship. He works with his residency work permit or something like that. and then there is Deepika who is Danish by birth.
