The thread maker specifically mentioned acting, not box office outcomes.. acting is an art independent of box office figures... Atif Aslam may sell more albums than Pandit Jasraj, but that doesn't make him a better singer, samething in acting.

You don't need an all time blockbuster or a million hits to prove yourself as an actor. I find Hrithik to be a complete actor. Absolutely.
He has grown a lot on me. One of my favs. Great actor, great entertainer. Love all his movies...great acting.

And Salman...the type of movies that he does, he is good at. And he can act...we all know that. But i feel that their is only a certain type of roles that i have seen him in. And certain movies work or become such a success simply because he is in it. Like for example, Dabaang...if Salman was not in that movie the movie would not have worked or maybe it would have but not like how its worked. Most Salman movies, to me, are good because he is in it...And that works for him. He could do the same old thing over and over and it will work. Entertainer. I just wish he would explore more.


Sooo...Is Hrithik a better actor than Salman?
There is no comparison at all for me. They are both great in their own ways.
